Float Note aims to address four prevalent challenges faced by individuals with ADHD: intrusive thoughts, organizational difficulties, feelings of overwhelm, and maintaining focus.

Problem 1: Excessive Thoughts 
Individuals with ADHD often experience a continuous influx of thoughts and ideas. Float Note offers a dedicated task capture feature that appears upon opening the app, allowing users to quickly jot down their thoughts without the immediate concern of organization. This facilitates effective task management at a later, more convenient time.

Problem 2: Organizational Difficulties 
Once thoughts are captured, the next hurdle is organizing them efficiently. The app introduces the 'Inbox Wizard,' a specialized tool designed to facilitate swift sorting of new tasks into categories such as spaces, projects, and to-do lists. This feature streamlines the process of structuring ideas and plans, enhancing overall productivity.

Problem 3: Overwhelm and Paralyzation 
Having structured tasks can sometimes lead to feelings of being overwhelmed, resulting in paralysis or procrastination. Float Note addresses this with Skuddy 2.0, an advanced AI planning tool that prioritizes tasks based on selected spaces and to-do lists. Users can further refine their priorities through an engaging activity called 'Priority Poker,' which dynamically compares tasks to determine the most urgent or important ones. This combination promotes a balanced approach to scheduling—what the app describes as 'automated scheduling with a human touch.'

Problem 4: Maintaining Focus 
Maintaining sustained attention is often challenging for those with ADHD. Float Note incorporates a Pomodoro Timer with 'Choredoros'—small, manageable tasks intended for breaks. These include soothing background sounds and visual indicators designed to motivate and sustain focus. 'Choredoros' are particularly effective for users who need quick dopamine hits to initiate tasks, making the otherwise daunting workload more approachable during short timeframes.
